At Bedrooms Plus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new furniture or hardware isn't a perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Packaging
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, components, and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of the box, making sure to cover or remove any previous shipping information.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
