Do you offer a trial period for mattresses?
Yes, we offer a 100-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after the initial 30-day break-in period, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
What is your return policy for bedding and linens?
Unopened and unused bedding can be returned within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pillows or duvets that have been removed from their original packaging.
Are your wood furniture products sustainably sourced?
Absolutely. At Bedrooms Plus, we prioritize the environment by sourcing our timber from FSC-certified forests, ensuring our bed frames and nightstands are both durable and eco-friendly.
Do you provide white-glove assembly services?
Yes, for a small additional fee, our professional team will deliver, unpack, and assemble your new bedroom furniture in the room of your choice, including debris removal.
